Hoarder Cleanup
We do all of the cleanup and dispose of all the unwanted items. Hoarding is the excessive collection and retention of things, or animals, until they interfere with day-to-day functions such as home, health, family, work and social life. We offer a variety of hoarder cleanup services.
Hoarder cleanup can range from being just uncluttering to a monumental task that is too overwhelming for a few family members or friends to undertake. In those cases, it is critical to lean on our hoarder cleaning service to assist you. We offer several levels of hoarding cleanup based on the five levels of hoarding: Hoarding level one, level two, level three, level four, and level five.

Hoarding Level One
Out of the five levels of hoarding, level one is the most benign; it involves things like light clutter, no noticeable odors, unobstructed doorways, unobstructed stairs, and three rooms or less with animal waste under control. Hoarding level one will see things scattered around a little more than usual and none of them is part of a display or is organized to be put away in drawers or storage containers. Cabinets and closets are probably packed to capacity with this level of hoarding. You might think you can handle a level one hoarding cleanup yourself, and that’s an option, but a hoarder cleaning service may be an option as well.
Hoarding Level Two
Hoarder level two is immediately noticeable by visitors and can be embarrassing. There will be one or more blocked exits, ventilation has been either blocked or malfunctioning for several months, and the rooms are neither heated nor cooled. Every pathway is cluttered, and one or more rooms have an excessive level of clutter. It is more difficult to clean in those situations, so mold and mildew will be present in bathrooms and kitchens.
Hoarding Level Three
This level of clutter is much more pronounced. The hoarder may be unable to maintain personal hygiene because of clutter in bathtubs, sinks, and showers. Clutter will accumulate outside the home and be stuffed in sheds or the open. The weight of the clutter has caused damage to the structure of the house. There may be an abnormal number of pets present with hoarding level three. There will be an insect infestation with this level of hoarding. One or more rooms will be unusable, making using a hoarder cleaning service crucial. Narrowed hallways from junk and waste will make them almost unpassable. Huge piles of dirty clothing will also be present.
Hoarding Level Four
In the case of hoarding level four, an overwhelming foul smell will be evident. A home with level four hoarding will have structural damage, areas with a massive amount of animal waste, multiple rooms that are unpassable and unusable, a severe insect infestation, and blocked exits.
Hoarding Level Five
By far, hoarding level five is the worst. There will be no electricity or running water, and may have human feces present. Walls and flooring start to break down in hoarding level five, which requires an expert understanding of hoarding and waste removal to ensure effective cleanup. Almost all the spaces will be unusable and require an expert hoarder cleaning service.
