What is the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning handles routine upkeep. Deep Cleaning adds detail work such as appliance interiors and baseboards. Compare the full checklists.
How do I receive the discount?
The deep-clean booking button preselects Deep Cleaning and the 25% offer for new customers. Move-In/Out also has 25% off. Standard Cleaning has 15% off, with a $100 minimum. Review the applied discount and total before confirming.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Yes. Request a free quote if you would like to discuss your home first. Sending a quote request does not book a cleaning.
Do you clean after renovations?
Yes. Our Post-Construction Cleaning assessment helps us understand the property, dust, surfaces, and timing before providing a quote.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
Our team brings cleaning supplies and equipment. Tell us before the visit if a surface needs a particular product or you have a product preference.
Do I need to be home?
You can be home, or arrange access instructions with us before the visit. Share any instructions about pets, parking, keys, or building access.
When will I know the price?
For online bookings, review your selected rooms, extras, discount, and total before confirming. If you request a quote, we’ll discuss the scope and price with you before you decide.
What should I share before the visit?
