Terms of Service
1. Services Provided
Crystal Breeze Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to: standard cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and specialized add-on services.
All services will be performed by our professional cleaning staff using company-approved products and equipment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Scheduling & Access
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We do our best to accommodate preferred dates and times but cannot guarantee availability.
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled date. If entry cannot be gained, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation (see Section 3).
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Crystal Breeze Cleaning, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness and help us maintain our schedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled booking will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations at the time of arrival or during the appointment will result in a minimum two-hour charge ($130). Any additional balance for work already performed must also be finalized.
4. Refunds & Satisfaction
Once a cleaning service has been completed, all sales are final and non-refundable.
We stand by the quality of our work and are always happy to address any concerns during or immediately after the cleaning. If anything is unsatisfactory, please notify us right away so we can make it right.
5. Time & Estimates
The duration of service varies depending on the size and condition of your space.
An estimate will be provided during the booking process. Final charges may be adjusted at the end of the cleaning to reflect additional time if required, based on our hourly rate.
6. Recurring Cleanings
Clients who sign up for recurring services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) lock in a discounted rate by committing to a minimum of 6 appointments.
If you cancel before completing 6 appointments, prior cleanings will be adjusted to the full standard rate.
7. Payments
Payment is due on the day of service, unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Crystal Breeze Cleaning accepts credit cards, online payments, and other approved methods. Payment details are available on our website or through our customer service team.
8. Client Responsibilities
Please secure pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service.
Notify us of any special instructions or restricted areas before cleaning.
Crystal Breeze Cleaning is not responsible for items not disclosed as fragile or irreplaceable.
9. Liability
Crystal Breeze Cleaning is insured and takes every precaution to provide safe, careful service.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly installed household fixtures (e.g., blinds, shelves, appliances).
Liability for any proven damage caused by our staff is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, at our discretion.
10. Health & Safety
Our staff reserves the right to leave a property if conditions are unsafe (e.g., hazardous materials, aggressive pets, or unsafe environments).
In such cases, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
11. Termination of Service
Client information (address, contact details, payment info) is kept confidential and used only for providing services.
12. Privacy
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Crystal Breeze Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including for unsafe conditions, repeated cancellations, or non-payment.
13. Amendments
Crystal Breeze Cleaning may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately.
