01Plan around dust-producing work
Let us know whether sanding, drilling, cutting or contractor touch-ups will continue. Plan the final clean after dust-producing work is finished, so the space is less likely to need cleaning again.
Share the expected contractor finish date when you request a quote.
02Identify the rooms and new surfaces
Share the approximate square footage and rooms renovated. Mention new flooring, natural stone, glass and freshly painted or sealed finishes, along with any care or curing instructions.
You don’t need a perfect measurement to start the conversation.
03Point out residue and leftover materials
Tell us about paint splashes, adhesive, stickers or construction debris. These may need different methods or a separate scope, so we’ll discuss what is included before work begins.

04Check utilities and building access
Confirm working water and electricity, keys, parking and access to the areas being cleaned. Mention stairs, elevator reservations and any building requirements.
