Post-Renovation Cleaning for Your Finished Space
“Stefany did a wonderful job cleaning our 11-by-18-foot kitchen and two bathrooms…”
The work is finished, but the dust is still there. Tell us what was renovated and which rooms need cleaning so we can plan the final clean with you.
Free assessment. Cleaning is quoted for the agreed project, surfaces and access.
Cleaning after renovation starts with what changed
A kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation and whole-home project can leave different amounts of dust and different surfaces to clean. Tell us the work completed, approximate size, rooms affected and whether other areas of the property were exposed.
Explain whether the property is occupied or empty. Cleaning a finished room around household belongings is different from working through an empty space before move-in. Include both the renovated area and any adjacent rooms you want assessed.
Make sure the space is ready for its final clean
Plan the cleaning after dust-producing work has finished and contractors have removed their tools and remaining materials. Ongoing cutting, sanding or deliveries can leave fresh dust after a clean. Share the contractor schedule and any move-in or handover deadline.
Tell us about water, electricity, entry arrangements and any surfaces that cannot yet be touched. New finishes may have manufacturer or contractor care instructions. Share those instructions rather than assuming one cleaning method is suitable for every material.
Settled dust, floors and finishing details
Post-renovation cleaning focuses on the settled construction dust and agreed accessible surfaces left after the work. Identify floors, baseboards, kitchen or bathroom surfaces, reachable ledges and interiors that you want reviewed.
Paint spots, adhesives, grout haze and other bonded residue are different from loose dust. Describe them before the assessment so suitability and any additional work can be discussed. Detailed cleaning should not be treated as a promise to repair scratches, damaged finishes or incomplete contractor work.
Cleaning is different from construction debris removal
A final surface clean is not automatically a hauling job. If bags, scraps, heavy material or unwanted fixtures remain, describe them separately. Removal, disposal and the timing of the surface clean need to be planned in the right order.
Our ordinary cleaning scope does not include hazardous-material remediation. Tell us about known hazards or suspected contamination before scheduling; you do not need to investigate unknown material to ask for an assessment.
Quotes for Long Island and NYC projects
Include the ZIP code, property type, approximate size, work completed and preferred timeframe. Photos can help show the dust and finishes, but a description can start the assessment conversation. For apartments or commercial spaces, include stairs, elevators and building access requirements.
We review the scope, condition, access and cleaning needed before confirming price and availability. Submitting the form requests an assessment and does not reserve a cleaning date.
Your questions, answered
Is post-renovation cleaning the same as a normal deep clean?
Renovation dust, new finishes and contractor residue need a project-specific review. Describe the recent work so the right scope can be quoted.
Will you remove paint or adhesive residue?
Tell us about it before booking. Bonded residue needs separate review for the surface and material; removal is not automatically included.
Should contractors finish first?
The final clean should be coordinated after dust-producing work is finished and the space is ready. Share any remaining work before scheduling.
Ready to discuss your cleaning?
Tell us the location and what you want included. We will help you review the next step.
