Booking Terms & Policies
Effective date: October 11, 2026
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms apply to bookings made on or after the effective date.
By submitting a booking, you confirm that you reviewed and accepted the selected service, appointment details, service description, estimated total labor hours, displayed pricing, payment authorization, cancellation policy and recurring terms that apply to your selection.
1. Your booking, service scope and priorities
What is included
Your booking confirmation, quote, invoice, service checklist and selected extras describe the requested work. Only included or separately approved tasks are covered.
Additional areas, heavy buildup, excessive clutter, hazardous conditions or work outside the selected service may require extra labor, a separate charge, rescheduling or refusal of affected work.
Share special instructions and priority areas before work begins. Cleaners will address priorities in the order reasonably possible within authorized labor time.
Cleaning does not guarantee restoration to a new or perfect condition. Age, wear, stains, damage, materials, accessibility and permanent discoloration can limit results.
2. Total labor hours and approval for extra time
How total labor hours work
All quoted service time means total labor hours, divided among the cleaners assigned. Four labor hours may be provided by one cleaner for about four hours, two cleaners for about two hours each, or four cleaners for about one hour each.
The number of cleaners may vary without changing the total included labor. Arrival and departure times must be considered together with the number of cleaners who worked.
The estimate is based on information available when the booking is created. It is not a guaranteed elapsed duration, maximum labor total or guarantee that every requested task will be completed. Actual conditions may require extra labor even if you add no new tasks.
If the selected work finishes before the estimate is used, cleaners may finish and leave. Unused estimated time does not automatically create a refund or credit.
Extra labor and your approval
The quoted price covers the booked total labor hours. If the selected cleaning is not completed within that time and more time is needed, we will request your approval for additional labor. Approved additional labor is charged using the hourly rate for your appointment. The additional charge is based on the extra total labor hours approved and worked.
When reasonably possible, we will explain why additional labor is recommended and request approval before continuing beyond the estimate. Approval can be documented by text, email, phone, customer portal, electronic or written confirmation, or another reasonably documented communication.
Approved extra labor may be billed separately. If you decline or approval cannot be obtained, cleaners may stop when the quoted labor hours are reached, even if some requested tasks remain.
Tell us about a firm time or price limit before work begins. We will work through your priorities within authorized labor time; completion of every item is not guaranteed.
3. Payment authorization and billing
4. Cancellation, rescheduling and property access
Cancellation and rescheduling fees
- $50: A fee may apply when you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before the appointment and before cleaners arrive.
- $130: This fee applies when you cancel the appointment when cleaners arrive, or when cleaners arrive and cannot access the property. The $130 fee replaces the $50 fee for that appointment; the two fees are not added together.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment ordinarily incur no late-cancellation fee. Use your customer dashboard or contact Crystal Breeze Cleaning. A request is effective when received and recorded by the company.
These fees account for reserved labor, scheduling, travel and the difficulty of replacing an appointment at short notice. We may waive or modify a fee individually; one waiver does not change the policy for future bookings.
Safe access and preparation
Arrange safe, timely and authorized property access. Provide entry, alarm or lockbox codes, keys, parking and building instructions, pet instructions, and any authorization for another person to provide access.
Secure valuables, sensitive items and pets when necessary. Work may be declined or stopped in unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary or inaccessible areas.
Access delays, parking restrictions, unsecured pets, clutter or other customer-controlled conditions may reduce what can be cleaned within authorized labor time. If cleaners cannot enter or safely begin, the disclosed $130 late-cancellation or lockout fee may apply.
5. Recurring cleaning and the six-appointment discount
Recurring service terms
This section applies only when you choose a recurring frequency. The frequency, recurring price and discount are displayed before booking. The discount requires at least six completed appointments.
Service continues on the selected schedule until changed or cancelled. Your card may be charged after each completed appointment. Request cancellation through the dashboard or by contacting us. Future appointments stop after the request is received and processed, subject to appointments already within the late-cancellation period. We will send cancellation confirmation.
If service ends before six completed appointments, previously completed discounted appointments may be adjusted to the one-time rate disclosed or applicable when the arrangement began.
Calculation: For each completed appointment, subtract the discounted recurring price paid from the original applicable one-time price for that appointment. Add those differences; applicable tax is itemized separately.
Example: If the original one-time rate was $200, the recurring rate was $180 and three appointments were completed, the service-price adjustment would be ($200 − $180) × 3 = $60, plus applicable tax. These numbers are illustrative.
Changed or skipped appointments and longer gaps may affect property condition, required labor and price. Recurring service does not guarantee the same cleaner every time.
6. Walkthroughs, touch-ups and later concerns
Final walkthrough and complimentary touch-ups
You or an authorized representative should inspect the work before the cleaners leave. Identify visible concerns and reasonable touch-up requests during that walkthrough.
Complimentary touch-ups must be requested and completed before departure, within the remaining authorized labor time. Complimentary return visits are not included after departure.
Touch-ups do not add new rooms, tasks, extra labor or work outside the selected service. They do not cover permanent stains, wear, damage or conditions that cannot reasonably be cleaned. If more labor is needed beyond the booked time, approved extra labor is charged at the hourly rate for your appointment.
What walkthrough sign-off records
A signature or electronic confirmation records the opportunity to inspect, concerns raised, eligible touch-ups completed or documented, cleaner count, recorded labor time and approved additional charges.
If you are unavailable, leave early or decline the walkthrough or sign-off, cleaners may document the service and depart when the selected work is completed or authorized time is reached. The absence of a signature does not by itself mean service was not performed.
Report a concern discovered later
Contact us promptly with your booking number, specific concern and clear photographs when reasonably available. Later concerns may be reviewed, but do not automatically qualify for free return visits, further cleaning, refunds, credits or reversal of authorized charges.
We review the booking, selected service, communications, labor records, cleaner notes, photographs, payment records and walkthrough documentation. Any voluntary accommodation is determined individually and does not by itself mean the service was not performed or the charge was invalid.
Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including concealed property damage that could not reasonably have been discovered during the walkthrough.
Property-damage concerns
Report suspected damage as soon as reasonably possible after discovery. Preserve the affected item or area and provide photographs, a description and relevant records.
Give us a reasonable opportunity to review before repair, replacement, alteration or disposal, except when immediate action is needed to prevent further damage or address safety.
Wear, pre-existing damage, loose fixtures, unstable furniture, faulty installation, permanent staining or defective materials are not service-quality touch-ups.
7. Records, communications and billing reviews
Service documentation and privacy
We may retain quotes, booking details, customer instructions, selected services and extras, the accepted policy version and acceptance time, payment authorization, confirmations, arrival and departure records, cleaner counts, labor calculations, extra-labor approvals, communications, call records and notes, cleaner notes, service photographs, walkthrough records, invoices and transaction records.
Photographs should be limited to areas reasonably necessary to document property condition, completed work, service concerns or incidents. They are handled under our Privacy Policy.
Electronic communications
Booking confirmations, reminders, invoices, receipts, policy notices and service updates may be sent electronically using the contact information you provide. Keep your email address and phone number accurate.
Transactional booking messages are separate from any consent required for promotional or marketing messages.
Refund and billing review
Contact us with your name, booking number, appointment date, charge amount, clear explanation and relevant photographs or communications. We will review available records and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate.
Refunds, credits, fee waivers and exceptions are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. A discretionary adjustment does not change terms for future bookings or restrict rights that cannot legally be waived.
