Compare your scope before comparing prices.

House cleaning prices depend on the home, service, condition and extras you choose. Crystal Breeze Cleaning lets you review eligible residential cleaning options online, or request a quote when the work needs a discussion. This guide explains how to compare standard cleaning, deep cleaning and move-in or move-out cleaning in Queens and Nassau County. It also lists selected add-on prices currently shown on our Extras page. A service minimum is different from a fixed price for every home, and an add-on should only be selected when the task is not already included in your chosen checklist.

The Standard Cleaning minimum and your total

Our website currently lists a $100 minimum for Standard Cleaning. This is a minimum, not a promise that every home costs $100. The selected rooms, service details and extras determine the price shown for your visit. The site also advertises a 15% Standard Cleaning offer; review eligibility, the applied discount and the final total in the booking process. If you are unsure whether your home suits routine upkeep or needs a more detailed clean, describe its condition before booking. Choose the appropriate scope first, then compare the price.

Standard, deep and moving cleaning cover different work

Standard Cleaning is intended for everyday upkeep in a regularly cleaned home. Deep Cleaning includes more detailed work, including refrigerator, stove and microwave interiors according to the service checklist; cabinet interiors are a separate extra. Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning are planned for empty homes and apartments. Check the moving checklist for the tasks included rather than assuming it matches a furnished-home clean. The lowest-looking price is not a useful comparison if the services cover different work. Explain built-up dirt, furnished rooms or unusual conditions before confirming which service is appropriate.

Examples of current cleaning add-on prices

Our Extras page currently lists inside oven cleaning at $32.50 per oven, inside fridge cleaning at $32.50 per refrigerator, inside cabinets at $65, and interior windows at $7.58 per window. Laundry and folding is listed at $32.50 per load, organization at $32.50 per 30 minutes, and wall cleaning at $65 per hour. These are selected add-on prices, not complete home-cleaning totals. Confirm availability for your service and the units needed before booking. Avoid selecting an appliance interior extra when that task is already included in your chosen service.

What changes the cost of cleaning a home

Start with the rooms you want cleaned and the current condition. A home with routine dust and crumbs differs from one with heavy cooking buildup or neglected bathrooms. Extras add tasks and can change the total. Share access details, additional rooms and anything outside the normal checklist during the inquiry. Cleaning after renovation, extensive clutter removal and estate cleanouts require their own scope discussion. They should not be assumed to fit an ordinary residential price. Describe the actual work you need so the service and price can be reviewed together.

How to check your price or request a quote

Use the online booking link to choose the residential service, rooms and eligible extras. Review the displayed price and any applied offer before selecting a date and confirming. If the scope is unclear, contact Crystal Breeze Cleaning at (516) 789-2767 or use the relevant quote form first. Send the location, rooms, condition, priorities and preferred timing. This guide reflects prices listed on our website when prepared; the current booking total or confirmed quote governs your selected work. Office, commercial, construction and cleanout services are quoted around the property rather than this residential minimum.

Before you arrange your cleaning

Does every Standard Cleaning cost $100?

No. The $100 figure is the advertised minimum. Review the total for your selected home, service and extras.

Should I add oven cleaning to a Deep Cleaning?

Check the checklist first. Deep Cleaning includes stove interiors; do not add the same task twice without discussing your needs.

Can I get a price before confirming a booking?

Yes. Review the online total for eligible residential services, or request a quote when the scope needs discussion.

Are these prices for commercial cleaning or estate cleanouts?

No. Those jobs need a property-specific quote based on the agreed work.
