Planning your removal
What to know before your pickup
Furniture we can help remove
We review couches, chairs, tables, dressers, bed frames, shelving and desks. Send photos of each piece, including furniture stored in another room, so the quote covers the full pickup. If a piece is unusually heavy, fragile or built into the property, tell us before scheduling.
One piece or several rooms
A single unwanted dresser and a house full of furniture need different plans. For multiple rooms, identify what stays and what goes before the visit. Keep valuables, documents and items you want to retain separate. Tell us if furniture removal is part of a move, estate transition or rental turnover so we can discuss the sequence and access.
Pickup from inside your property
You do not need to move everything to the curb when indoor access is safe. Share the floor, number of stairs, elevator availability, doorway width and parking situation. Photos of tight hallways and stair turns help us assess whether ordinary carrying or additional preparation will be needed. We review disassembly requirements before confirming the job.
How furniture removal pricing is assessed
The quote depends on the pieces, how much space they take up, their weight and the labor and access involved. Several bulky items may be assessed together as one load. Send an overview photo plus close-ups of large pieces; a picture of one item cannot establish the price for a full room. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before removal begins.
Furniture hauling and cleaning are separate services
Loading, hauling and sweep-up are included in the junk removal scope. Detailed house cleaning is a separate service. If you need a property cleaned after the furniture is gone, let us know so removal and cleaning can be planned in the right order.
Frequently asked questions
Your pickup questions, answered
Can you remove just one piece of furniture?
Yes. Contact us with a photo, your ZIP code and access details for a single-item quote.
Do you remove furniture from upstairs?
Tell us how many flights are involved and send photos of narrow stairs or landings. We assess safe access and labor before confirming the pickup.
Will every usable item be donated?
Do not assume donation or a donation receipt is included. Ask us about the planned handling of your specific items before booking.
Can you clear furniture from an estate or rental?
Yes. We review furniture removal as part of estate and rental cleanouts. The person arranging removal must be authorized to release the items.
Do I need to move furniture to the curb?
Not when safe indoor access is agreed in advance. Share the floor, stairs and exit route so the quote accounts for carrying and any disassembly.
Make a clear pickup plan
Donation, collection or paid furniture removal?
Usable furniture may qualify for donation, subject to the receiving organization’s acceptance and schedule. Municipal collection depends on your address and item preparation. Paid removal is a separate option when indoor carrying, multiple pieces or an agreed cleanout better fits the job.
Minimum pickup $250 · Quarter truck $300 · Half truck $450 · Three-quarter truck $650 · Full truck $850. These are the confirmed load tiers; accepted materials, weight and access are reviewed with the complete job before final scope and pricing are confirmed.
See the 13-yard truck-load guide for volume examples and full pricing details.
