Planning your removal
What to know before your pickup
Mattresses, box springs and bed frames
Tell us the bed size and exactly what needs to go: mattress, box spring, foundation, frame or a complete bed setup. Adjustable bases can be much heavier than ordinary frames and require a separate access assessment. For several beds, list the quantity and size of every mattress and foundation.
Preparation before your pickup
Remove bedding and separate belongings you want to keep. Describe whether the bed is assembled and whether help with the frame needs to be included in the scope. Keep an accessible route to the items without attempting to carry them down difficult stairs yourself. Ask us about any required wrapping or preparation when you request the quote.
Tell us about condition before booking
Mention water damage, strong contamination or a suspected pest issue before scheduling. Photos and an accurate condition description help us determine whether we can accept the items and what handling is needed. Do not assume an ordinary mattress pickup includes pest treatment, hazardous cleanup or remediation.
How mattress removal pricing works
Quantity, bed size, extra pieces, item condition and access affect the quote. A mattress and box spring are two pieces, and a frame or adjustable base changes the load and labor. Send clear photos, your ZIP code and the floor where the items are located. We review the expected range and confirm pricing before removal begins.
Moving, replacing a bed or clearing a property
Tell us if pickup needs to happen before a move or delivery. We can review mattresses as part of a larger furniture pickup or property cleanout. Include every unwanted item in the initial request so the proposed appointment and truck space match the whole job.
Frequently asked questions
Your pickup questions, answered
Can you remove a mattress and box spring together?
Yes. Include both pieces, their size and their location in your quote request.
Do you collect king-size mattresses?
We review king-size and other common mattress sizes, subject to safe access and condition. Send photos and stair details.
Can you take an adjustable bed base?
Ask us to assess the base from photos. Its weight, dimensions and access may require a different plan from an ordinary mattress pickup.
What if the mattress may have bed bugs?
Tell us before booking. Acceptance and handling must be assessed first; ordinary pickup does not include pest treatment.
What should I tell you about mattress condition?
Disclose moisture, pest activity or contamination before scheduling. Include the size, number of mattresses and box springs, floor and route out so acceptance and handling can be reviewed.

List the whole bed removal scope
A mattress, box spring, foundation and bed frame are separate pieces. Include each item in the photos and tell us what stays. Describe condition and access before scheduling so acceptance and the total removal scope can be reviewed together.
